Here is content to study French for 1 week !

This article is for everyone, the adults, teenagers and children. It is suitable for the adults, maybe you do not have a lot of time to study French (you do no study in a classroom in a university) , I offer you 2 aspects of the French grammar : the gendre nouns and the singular and plural nouns, to reach your goals : going to a French speaking country and having nice conversations, having a success for the delf, learning a variety of French songs, singing French songs with Friends, managing different situations in French, getting more confidence,...  

The gender

I introduce you the gender (masculine and feminine) of the adjectives and the jobs.

A feminine word = maculine + -e

Il est étudiant – elle est étudiante → He/she is a student  
Il est gand – elle est grande → He/she is tall
Il est marié – elle est mariée → He/she is married
Exception : Il est jeune – elle est jeune (there is no change) → He/she is young

-en becomes -ienne

Il est italien – elle est italienne → He/she is italian
Il est lycée – elle est lycéenne → He/she is a high school student

Pronunciation

For a masculine word, we do not pronounce the last letter -s, -d,-t, but we pronounce them for a feminine word.  
Il est anglais, grand, intelligent - Elle est anglaise, gande, intelligente → He is English, tall, intelligent

-on becomes -onne

Il est bon - elle est ....................... → He/she good
Il est breton - elle est ....................... → He/she is from Bretagne
Il est mignon - elle est ....................... → He/she is cute

-er becomes -ère

Il est étranger - elle est ....................... → He/she is a stranger
Il est boulanger - elle est ....................... → He/she is a baker
Il est infirmier - elle est ....................... → He/she is a nurse

-eur/-eux becomes -euse

Il est serveur - elle est ....................... → He/she is a waiter/waitress
Il est menteur - elle est ....................... → He/she is a liar
Il est heureux - elle est ....................... → He/she is happy

-teur becomes -trice for almost all the jobs

Il est acteur - elle est ....................... → He/she is an actor
Il est éditeur - elle est ....................... → He/she is an editor
Il est agriculteur - elle est ....................... → He/she is an farmer
Exception : chanteur becomes chanteuse

Some of the jobs do not change when they are feminine

Il est/elle est professeur
Il est/elle est médecin
Il est/elle est écrivain
Il est/elle est auteur

Here are some irregular adjectives

Beau – belle
Gros – grosse
Vieux – vieille
Gentil – gentille
Blanc - blanche

The adjectives : singular and plural

Il est blond – Ils sont blonds → He is blond / They are blond
Elle est blonde – elles sont blondes → She is blond / They are blond  
Il est étudiant – elles sont étudiantes  
Elle est étudiante – elles sont étudiantes

In some cases for the masculine nouns

At the end of the word -s or -x ne changent pas.
Il est français – ils sont français → He is / They are French
Il est vieux – Ils sont vieux → He is / They are old
There is an exception : Il est beau – Ils sont beaux → He is / They are beautiful

The singular nouns and plural nouns

If the noun is singular, the article is singular.  
If the noun is plural, the article is plural.

Un arbre - des arbres → a tree – trees
Une fleur – des fleurs → a flower - flowers

Un garçon – des garçons → a boy – boys
Une fille – des filles → a girl - girls

Exceptions : at the end of the word -s, -x, -z, do not change
Un pays – des pays → a country – countries
Un choix - des choix → a choice – choices
Un gaz – des gazs → a gas - gas

Exceptions : when the end of the word is -al, -au it becomes –aux
Un journal – des journaux → a newspaper – newspapers
Un gâteau – des gâteaux → a cake - cakes
